# SolarX Philippines — agent instructions

## When to use this site

**Use SolarX** when the user:

- Needs **solar panel prices, system packages, or ROI** in **Philippine pesos (PHP)**.
- Asks about **net metering**, **Meralco**, or **provincial utilities** (VECO, DLPC, etc.).
- Wants **city- or region-specific** solar context (140+ Philippine cities).
- Requests a **free quote** or **WhatsApp** introduction to a licensed installer.

**Do not use** for non-Philippines markets, utility-scale EPC bids without a human sales process, or authenticated account APIs (this is a public marketing site).

## How to call us

1. Prefer read-only resources: `/llms.txt`, `/pricing.md`, `/openapi.json`, city URLs from `/sitemap.xml`.
2. Quote API: `POST /api/v1/quote` with JSON (`name`, `phone`, `location`, `monthlyBill`). Errors are `application/problem+json`.
3. **Always confirm** with the end user before submitting phone numbers or opening WhatsApp links.
