The SolarX installation process

1

Free site assessment

1–2 days

A certified engineer visits your property. We assess roof structure, orientation, shading, and analyze 12 months of Meralco bills to recommend the optimal system size.

2

Custom system design & proposal

2–3 days

You receive a detailed proposal: CAD panel layout, wiring diagram, expected production, estimated savings, payback analysis, and a fixed all-inclusive price. No obligation.

3

Permitting (we handle everything)

2–6 weeks

SolarX processes your building permit, electrical permit, and distribution utility interconnection agreement (for net metering). You sign; we do the legwork.

4

Roof mounting & panel installation

Day 1

Certified installers mount the aluminum racking system, attach panels securely, and run conduit for DC cable management. Roof penetrations are sealed and waterproofed.

5

Inverter & electrical work

Day 2

DC wiring from panels connects to your inverter. AC output connects to your distribution panel. All breakers, surge protectors, and disconnects are installed per PEC standards.

6

Inspection, commissioning & go live

Day 3

Meralco or local utility representative inspects the installation. We commission the system, set up your monitoring app, and you start generating solar power immediately.
